About the Role Neon is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer who will scale the partner engineering function. You’ll work alongside our sales and customer success teams to build and manage developer onboarding, own our customer-facing documentation, and build out new features for our customers. You’ll also shape the direction of the team: manage how the team grows and set the standards for your teammates at Neon. What We’re Looking For: - You have 5+ years of experience in partner engineering or a similar customer-facing engineering role. - You have experience writing and maintaining API documentation for complex technical products. - You have experience with, and are willing to flex into, full-stack product development to manage specific customer requests. - You are highly productive, able to take ownership of key initiatives and deliver results. - You have experience leading teams or projects and enjoy helping others level up their skills. - You’re located or willing to work from Seoul, South Korea. - Must be fluent in English and Korean This is a unique opportunity to join an early-stage, high-growth company and work alongside some of the brightest minds in gaming, fintech, and tech.
