We're looking for a Senior Global Advertising Manager to join our London team. This is a hybrid role. In this role, you'll help us craft and execute advertising strategies that exceed the needs of our restaurant partners and drive quarterly growth, both directly with key partners and at scale through enabling and leading global commercial teams. What You'll Be Doing You'll be joining the Ads and Account Management team. We focus on building deep partnerships, enabling commercial teams, and crafting tailored media strategies to accelerate partner growth across our marketplace. Here's what your day-to-day might look like: Identify Data-Led Opportunities: Proactively identify scope to increase advertising penetration and spend using a combination of data analytics and commercial insight. Develop Processes & Go-To-Market Programs: Originating programs and reporting frameworks that organise commercial teams behind key opportunities to track progress effectively. Enable Teams & Build Playbooks: Build playbooks, training, and go-to-market materials that equip global commercial and account management teams to maximise advertising revenue. People & Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and support team members, setting clear goals and fostering a culture of high performance and professional growth. Partner Strategy & Campaign Management: Work directly with major restaurant partners to understand marketing objectives, propose tailored ad solutions, and coordinate campaign launches, management, and reporting. Performance Monitoring & Optimisation: Proactively monitor campaign performance, identifying, communicating, and resolving any issues to exceed partner objectives. Shape Product Solutions: Act as the voice of our partners to feed structured feedback back into internal teams, informing how we iterate and build improved advertising and reporting products. What You'll Need to Thrive Essential Commercial Advertising Experience: Significant experience in commercially focused roles, with a strong background in performance advertising or account management. People Leadership & Management: Proven ability to manage, coach, and develop team members, driving high engagement and performance against commercial targets. Strategy & Process Scaling: Demonstrated capability in defining, launching, and scaling go-to-market strategies and operational processes across teams. Stakeholder Management: Exceptional relationship-building skills with a proven ability to work effectively and build trusted relationships with multiple internal and external partners. Analytical & Innovative Thinking: Highly analytical mindset with strong capability to interpret data and turn findings into strategic commercial recommendations.
