About the Role The Partner Success Manager is a key role within the Litmus Customer Success team, focused on supporting and strengthening relationships with our partner network. This role ensures Litmus partners are equipped to successfully deploy, support, and promote Litmus software using established Litmus best practices and processes. As a trusted advisor, you’ll help partners understand Litmus product capabilities, adopt new features, follow deployment standards, and deliver a high-quality customer experience. This is a highly collaborative, partner-facing role requiring strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with partner teams both remotely and on-site. The Partner Success Manager reports to the Vice President of Customer Success and works closely with Customer Success, Sales, Partner, Product, Support, and Engineering teams. Travel to partner locations will be required. What You’ll Do Serve as the primary engagement contact for assigned Litmus partners, building strong relationships across technical, implementation, and leadership teams. Lead partner onboarding, training, and ongoing enablement to ensure partners are confident using and supporting Litmus products. Educate partners on best practices for deployment, configuration, implementation, and ongoing support.
