¿Qué piden?

✓Al menos 5 años en control o FP&A, preferentemente en marketplaces digitales o e-commerce.
✓Experiencia sólida en control de costes, P&L, presupuestos, pronósticos y análisis de varianzas.
✓Capacidad para traducir relaciones financieras complejas en recomendaciones claras y accionables.
✓Habilidad para trabajar con ERPs (Lucane, DATEV), herramientas BI (Qlik, Tableau) y herramientas de planificación (Pigment, Board).
✓Mentalidad proactiva, ordenada y entusiasta por mejorar procesos.
✓Inglés excelente; conocimientos de alemán son valorados.

As a Senior Controller, you'll be part of our Controlling team and actively help shape Chrono24's financial steering. You'll ensure that operational developments are translated into financial impact, take ownership of ongoing cost and P&L controlling including monthly and quarterly reporting, develop scalable controlling and planning processes, and support the Management Board in data-driven decision-making.
