Communicating with supervisors about the condition of technical systems and maintenance needs. Qualifications Experience in maintaining technical systems, preferably in a hotel environment. Problem-solving skills and the ability to respond quickly to situations. Expertise in working with electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning systems.
