We are looking for a dedicated HR Advisor to join our team in Basingstoke. As a frontline people partner, you will play a critical role in delivering seamless HR operations, championing company culture, and ensuring our people strategy aligns with our overall business goals. If you are a skilled HR generalist with a strong foundation in employee relations, a solid grasp of UK employment law, and a passion for supporting people at every stage of their career journey, this is the perfect next step for your HR career. What Your Day Will Look Like As an HR Advisor, you will act as a trusted advisor to management and employees across the organisation, providing clear advice on a wide range of HR topics while reporting directly to the Senior HR Business Partner. One day you might be coaching a manager through a performance improvement plan, handling an employee relations case (disciplinary, grievance, or absence management), or updating HR policies to keep pace with changing employment legislation. The next, you could be drafting offer letters and onboarding new hires, analysing turnover trends in Workday, or coordinating interactive learning workshops and employee engagement activities. You will balance day-to-day HR operations with strategic people projects, working closely with recruitment, department managers, and leadership to drive performance and cultivate an inclusive workplace culture.
