We are looking for a detail-oriented, strategic team player to join as a Benefits Manager on Asana’s People Team . In this role, you will design and scale foundational benefits programs that drive consistency, well-being, and equity across our North America organization . You will own key offerings, including health & welfare benefits, wellness, and retirement, ensuring every Asana has access to comprehensive, competi tive support . This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule . The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday . Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays . Workin g from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner . What you’ll achieve • Partner with the Head of Global Benefits to own the strategy, design, and execution of high-impact benefits programs across the U.S. and Canada . • Shape Benefits Strategy: Design and continuously improve the overall experience, communications, and delivery of benefits programs, maximizing employee well-being and reducing friction for all Asanas . • Manage Vendor and Broker Relationships: Own relationships with brokers, carriers, and third-party administrators across medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement programs, leading renewals and ongoing performance management . • Serve as the Benefits Systems Expert: Establish yourself as the administrator for our benefits administration platform, advising People Ops and cross-functional teams on strategy for enrollment, data i
