About the Role A fast-growing, Berlin-based enterprise AI platform startup is looking for a Platform Engineer to help build and maintain the backbone of their multi-tenant SaaS infrastructure. Founded in 2023 and backed by notable investors, the company serves thousands of enterprise customers and is scaling rapidly. You'll be a critical hire on a small, high-calibre team, working on-site in Berlin. This role sits at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and security — partnering closely with both internal Product Engineers and external customer IT teams to enable reliable, compliant, and scalable AI deployments across diverse cloud environments. Visa sponsorship is available for this role. Nice to have: Experience with infrastructure cost optimisation and observability tooling Familiarity with Bicep for Azure infrastructure automation Background working with enterprise customers or in a customer-facing infrastructure capacity Compensation & Benefits Salary: €75,000 – €120,000 per year, depending on experience Visa sponsorship available Opportunity to join a small, high-impact engineering team at an early stage Work on cutting-edge enterprise AI infrastructure used by thousands of organisations Location This is a full-time, on-site role based in Berlin, Germany .
