Your mission You will be the architect of our financial engine. You will bridge the gap between TikTok’s backend data, our payouts, and our internal profitability. Your Key Responsibilities Revenue & Commission Reconciliation: Manage the complex flow of funds from TikTok Shop, including platform fees, affiliate payouts, and client disbursements. Performance Controlling: Analyze the ROI of creator campaigns and live-stream sessions. You tell us which creators are profitable and which aren't. Cash Flow & Payout Management: Ensure creators and partners are paid accurately and on time while optimizing our own working capital. Process Automation: You will help implement and oversee tools that connect TikTok Shop data with our accounting software Commercial Strategy: Support the leadership team in pricing our services—moving from pure retainers to performance-based models (revenue share). Your profile Your Profile Experience: 2-4 years in Finance, Controlling, or Ops. Experience in E-commerce, D2C brands, or Affiliate Marketing is a massive plus. Data Literacy: You are a Google Sheets/Excel wizard. You don't just see numbers; you see patterns and "leaks" in the funnel. Agility: You thrive in "organized chaos."
