As a Visual Specialist in a lead capacity, you will drive the design strategy and execution of high-impact creative assets in a regulated environment. This role involves translating business goals into compelling visual solutions across digital and print channels, guiding junior team members, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to align design outcomes with strategic priorities. Key Responsibilities • Lead the design of marketing assets including display ads, emails, social media graphics, print collateral, presentations, and campaign landing pages. • Translate stakeholder input and business objectives into actionable creative briefs and strategic visual direction. • Ensure outputs are aligned with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and audience needs. • Collaborate with writers, subject matter experts, and marketing partners to shape design outcomes that support campaign and organizational goals. • Guide and mentor VS2 and VS3 designers, providing quality assurance and creative oversight across deliverables. • Lead project reviews, provide actionable feedback, and uphold consistency and excellence in creative standards. • Advocate for strategic alignment and design integrity across teams and touchpoints. Must-have Skills • Expertise in deck building/presentations and data visualization . • Tools to guide the sourcing: Datawrapper or Power point at corporate level. • Ability to create a cohesive story during pitching presentations • 5+ years of professional experience in visual design, with a portfolio demonstrating digital and print work that supports business and marketing goals. • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with content management systems such as AEM. • Familiarity with collaborative design platforms such as Figma. • Experience leading creative initiatives, owning project workflows, and providing design direction to
