At Jimdo, we're looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior People Business Partner who thrives at the intersection of business performance, talent development, organizational design, and culture. This is a unique opportunity to influence company-wide people strategy while partnering closely with leaders across Europe and beyond. As our Senior People Business Partner, you'll act as a trusted advisor to leaders, helping align people strategies with business goals while fostering a high-performance, values-driven culture. You'll work across the entire employee lifecycle—from attracting and developing exceptional talent to driving engagement, performance, retention, and organizational effectiveness. In addition, you'll lead our recruitment function & team, ensuring we continue to attract, hire, and develop exceptional talent. This role reports directly to the Global Head of People and offers a clear pathway to broader leadership opportunities within the People function. Your impact: Partner with business leaders to develop and execute strategic people plans aligned with company objectives. Drive organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development initiatives. Coach leaders on performance management, leadership effectiveness, employee relations, and team effectiveness. Build and nurture a high-performance culture through robust feedback, development, and performance practices. Lead the end-to-end recruitment strategy and hiring process, partnering with leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent across the business. Lead, coach, and develop members of the Talent Acquisition Team, fostering collaboration, capability growth, and high performance. Lead engagement and retention initiatives that improve employee experience and strengthen company culture. Use people analytics and HR data to identify trends, solve business challenges, and shape people strategy. Champion organizational development initiatives, including capability building, leadership development, change management, and growth frameworks. Leverage AI and innovative HR practices to improve productivity, decision-making, and employee outcomes. Act as a strategic thought partner during periods of transformation, growth, and organizational change. What you bring: Must-Haves 5–8+ years of HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or People Partner experience. 3+ years of people leadership experience, including leading and developing high-performing teams. Proven experience leading end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives. Experience supporting fast-paced SaaS, technology, startup, or scale-up environments.
