What You Will Do We are looking for a curious and driven Junior Talent Acquisition Manager to support our technical hiring, with a strong focus on our world-class C++ Engineering team. You don't need to have done this before at a high level , but you need to be eager to learn, creative enough to figure things out on your own, and resilient enough to keep going when the process gets tough. Key Responsibilities: • Support recruiting efforts for tech roles, with a growing focus on sourcing engineers and hiring top-tier C++ engineers . • Learn and experiment with creative sourcing strategies that go beyond LinkedIn and traditional channels. • Actively map talent markets, identify niche communities, and engage with passive candidates globally. • Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand what they are looking for and adjust your approach accordingly. </
