SoSafe is shifting from a broad-market approach to a deliberate, segment-led GTM model. This role is central to that transition. As Manager of Segment & Solutions Marketing, you will own the positioning, messaging, and solution architecture for SoSafe's priority segments. These can be defined by geography, industry vertical, customer lifecycle stage, or Human Risk maturity. We have a foundation to build from: a defined maturity model that maps how organisations progress in their Human Risk journey, a growing understanding of how customer needs differ across lifecycle stages and a set of priority markets and geographies. What we don't yet have is the messaging, the plays, and the product experience layer that makes those segments feel served Your role is to and translate that work into measurable improvements in win rates, market penetration, and net revenue retention. This is a newly created role in Product Marketing that you’ll have influence to shape and will work in close partnership with GTM, Product, Sales, CS, and the Commercial Centre of Excellence. Location: This role can be fully remote from anywhere in Germany or the UK , or hybrid from one of our offices in Cologne, Munich or Berlin . g. g.
