We are looking for a detail-oriented team player with a passion for workplace design to take ownership of global workplace design and project execution . Joining the Workplace team, you will report to the Head of Global Workplace & Real Estate and execute both short- and long-term projects to support Asana’s global expansion . The Workplace team supports every Asana by creating welcoming, comfortable, and inclusive environments where everyone can perform at their best . This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule . The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday . Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays . Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner . What you’ll achieve • Lead the planning and execution of all new office builds, construction, and reconfigurations across global temporary (co-working) and leased spaces . • Develop, maintain, and implement workplace design and graphic standards across all office locations .
