What is the job? This is an opportunity to shape how our clinical teams learn, develop and perform as Montu continues to grow. Sitting within the Learning and Development function, you will take ownership of the learning experience across our clinical teams. You will build structured, engaging and practical development programmes that give our people the knowledge, skills and confidence to deliver safe, consistent and patient-centred care. You do not need to be a clinician or hold a professional healthcare registration. However, you will need to understand the realities of working in a clinical environment, including the importance of patient safety, clinical governance, regulatory compliance and quality. Working closely with clinical subject-matter experts, operational leaders and the wider People team, you will turn complex standards, processes and clinical requirements into learning that people can understand, apply and embed in their everyday work. This is a hands-on role for someone who is passionate about developing people, confident working with specialist stakeholders and comfortable building learning solutions in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
