We are looking for a detail-oriented, strategic Sr Global Billings Lead to oversee our global billings and order management function, partner cross-functionally across go-to-market and systems teams, and lay the operational foundation to support Asana’s rapid growth . This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule . The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday . Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays . Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner . What you’ll achieve • Partner with the Deal Desk and Sales (Revenue) teams to structure complex deals, advise on non-standard billing requests, and build a solid foundation for the enterprise quote-to-order process . • Collaborate with Enterprise Technology (Fintech) to scale the quote-to-order process and execute ongoing system enhancements . • Lead SKU and systems launches in cross-functional partnership with Product, Finance, and Revenue Operations to ensure complete billing readiness for new product offerings <span data-path-to-node="6
