Summary of the Role and Team As an Instructional Multimedia Designer, you will join Varicent's Education team within Customer Success, a team of 13 professionals focused on helping customers, partners, and employees build capability and confidence with Varicent products and programs. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Education Strategy & Development, you will create multimedia experiences that bring learning content to life. Working closely with Technical Education Developers (Instructional Designers), you will transform complex concepts into engaging, easy-to-understand visual experiences that improve learner comprehension, retention, and product adoption. This role focuses on education and learning experiences, not marketing content. Success requires balancing strong visual design skills with an understanding of how multimedia can support learning outcomes and reduce cognitive load.
