We are happy to welcome a: Working Student in Business Development & Operations (f/m/d) for the TUM Venture Labs in Munich/ Garching We are looking for a Working Student (Business Development & Operations, 15-20h/week) to support ourbusiness development team at TUM Venture Labs. This role is ideal for students eager to gain hands-on experience in operations, stakeholder management, fundraising, and sponsorship processes. You will gain insights on all the mentioned topics within the individual labs and discover the best practices in sponsorship of each individual domain and industry. As part of our team, you will help streamline internal processes, refine data management, and support engagement with partners and sponsors. You will support and enhance the information flow at the interfaces TUM and UnternehmerTUM, and the TUM Venture Labs (and the interfaces between the different labs). Dein Profil Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Business, Management, Finance, or related fields) Strong interest in deep-tech innovation and diving deep in the relevant industries and deep-tech domains Structured and detail-oriented, with a proactive problem-solving approach Experience with Salesforce, Notion, and AI tools is a plus Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus) Strong analytics skills and ability to simplify complex set of information and derive strategies and best practices. Able to obtain relevant information needed to support us in our mission. Experience with stakeholder management.
