The People Operations team supports Ashby employees through the development and implementation of programs, policies, and services that contribute to a productive and inclusive working environment. We ensure the work we do aligns with our Operating Principles and strengthens the environment weâre building at Ashby. About the Role: As a People Operations Coordinator at Ashby, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all of our employees have the best possible experience working here. You will work closely with our People Operations team focusing on the day-to-day execution of various operations and tasks ranging from data entry to process creation. You'll be involved in Onboarding, Organizational updates, and supporting our employees across our international entities. What you'll do at Ashby: Provide operational support and maintain accurate employee data and files across all systems in accordance with state and federal laws Provide administrative support to Ashby's people processes, including but not limited to new hire onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and support for our international entities Document people process changes as needed Maintain high level of confidentiality and discretion in the handling of sensitive information Building out people process workflows in Ashby to continuously improve our business effectiveness Support planning and coordination of Ashby culture events, both virtual and in-person You could be a great fit if you: Investigate problems to determine root causes and define robust solutions Are detail-oriented, especially when it comes to data quality Work independently, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively Are an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing Are team-oriented, with a collaborative approach to solving problems Recognize that Sensitive/confidential information must be handled compliantly Have experience with the use of HRIS, like Gusto, Remote, Deel Bonus points if you: Have experience working in a Human Resources function Have qualifications in Human Resources Have worked in a SaaS Company This role may not be a fit if: Youâre uncomfortable with ambiguity: You prefer well defined assignments.
