As a Senior Engineer, Field Service, you will serve as an internal escalation lead, using deep system ‑ level expertise to resolve the most complex technical challenges across multiple ASM toolsets. You will guide root ‑ cause analysis, prevent recurrence, and collaborate closely with engineering, design, and customer teams to enhance stability, performance, and efficiency.
