Our product appeals to companies who need their employees’ emails to include disclaimers and signatures with consistent branding. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own our product-led growth (PLG) motion, with a particular focus on the self-serve onboarding flow on www.exclaimer.com: the path a new user takes from signup through activation, to their first meaningful "aha" moment during a trial, to becoming a paying customer. You’ll be working closely with our Head of PLG, with whom you agree improvements to the onboarding flow. Your impact on activation and time-to-value translates directly into revenue, retention, and lower cost of acquisition. You'll sit at the intersection of product, design, data, growth marketing, and sales, and you'll be judged on outcomes - activation rate, time-to-value, self-serve conversion, trial-to-paid - not just features shipped. What you’ll do • Own the self-serve funnel end to end – the initial focus is on signup, activation and first-value. • Redesign and continuously improve onboarding – make it really easy for new users to set up and deploy their first signature in an intuitive self-guided way that gets users to value fast. • Track funnel metrics - activation rate, time-to-value, trial/free-to-paid conversion - and set targets against them. Partner with data to improve on analytics. • Run a disciplined experimentation program - prioritise, design, ship, and analyse A/B tests across the onboarding and activation funnel. • Write specs and prioritise the roadmap for PLG and onboarding initiatives, balancing quick wins against structural changes. • Partner with growth marketing on the handoff from acquisition to product - landing pages, signup flow, lifecycle email/in-app messaging. • Partner with sales and customer success on clean handoffs for accounts that need a human touch. • Contribute to pricing and packaging – the structure of our packages, feature gating, paywalls, and upgrade triggers. • Talk to users constantly - usability testing, interviews, session replay, and support/NPS signal - to find where self-serve users get stuck. • Report on PLG health to leadership, translating funnel data i
