About the role We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our EMEA GTM Finance & Strategy team at Anthropic. In this role, you will be a key partner to our EMEA go-to-market teams, providing financial expertise and guidance to support strategic decision-making. As we continue to grow, you will play a crucial role in analyzing financial data, building models, and delivering insights to drive informed business decisions across revenue goals, sales capacity planning, deal desk and marketing spend returns. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams and collaborate with other members of the finance organization to align go-to-market strategies with broader financial considerations. Responsibilities: • Provide expert guidance, recommendations, and influence to go-to-market stakeholders on financial strategies, investments, and resource allocation decisions, leveraging an in-depth understanding of the company's financials • Partner cross-functionally to drive analysis, build financial models, and recommend business decisions across a variety of areas, such as revenue goals, sales capacity planning and key strategic initiatives • Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and insightful financial reports, analyses, and forecasts, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities to facilitate informed decision-making to stakeholders and executives • Collaborate with other members of strategic finance, FP&A, and accounting counterparts, helping to align go-to-market with broader financial strategies and considerations Requirements: • 7+ years of experience across strategic finance, FP&A, business partnering, consulting, investment banking, or related fields • Demonstrated experience supporting or building out finance functions in international or EMEA markets • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights and develop robust financial models • Strong cross-functional communication skills and comfort presenting financial information to non-finance audiences, including senior leadership • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning in a high-growth environment • Familiarity with multi-entity, multi-currency financial environments and EMEA regulatory or statutory considerations • A bias toward action, strong work ethic, and ability to drive outcomes under tight timelines • Passion for Anthropic's mission to build safe, transformative AI systems The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
