Einleitung Für ein Unternehmen im Bereich Dienstleistung in der Region Norddeutschland sind wir auf der Suche nach einem IT Infrastructure Engineer (gn) für die Festanstellung. In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für den Betrieb, die Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur mit Fokus auf Netzwerk, Cloud und Virtualisierung. Deine Aufgaben Betreuung und Optimierung der Server- und Client-Landschaft sowie der Virtualisierungsumgebung (z. B. VMware oder Hyper-V) 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support bei komplexen Infrastruktur-Anfragen sowie technische Ansprechperson bei Störungen Verwaltung und Weiterentwicklung der Windows-Domäne inkl. Active Directory, DNS, DHCP und File Services Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung der Microsoft 365 Umgebung (Entra ID, Exchange, Teams) und Cloud-Ressourcen in Azure Sicherung des Betriebs zentraler Netzwerkkomponenten wie Firewall, VPN, Switching, Routing und VLAN Automatisierung administrativer Prozesse (z. B. Dein Profil Langjährige Berufserfahrung (5+ Jahre) in der Systemadministration mit Schwerpunkt auf Windows Server, Active Directory und zentralen Netzwerkdiensten (DNS, DHCP) Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft 365-Diensten (Exchange, Teams inkl.
