The opportunity Partner with Hiring Managers and teams to design and execute effective hiring strategies, supporting their decision making with sound data and market insights Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies against prioritized requisitions with an eye on market intelligence and industry developments Act as a force of change - navigate complex environments, force uncomfortable conversations, act relentlessly in the interest of Kraken Own the end-to-end recruitment process, operating as a problem solver and force multiplier by removing blockers and delivering high-value hires.
