About the role Build AI workflows that Commercial teams actually use and prove the impact. We are looking for a Commercial AI Solutions Specialist to turn high-value Commercial problems into practical, adopted AI workflows. You will own use cases end to end: discovering problems, assessing and prioritising opportunities, rapidly prototyping solutions, supporting deployment, driving adoption, and measuring business impact. This is a hands-on role for someone who combines curiosity, structured problem-solving, and strong delivery ownership. You do not need deep expertise in every AI tool or in payments. We do expect evidence that you have learned a new domain quickly, independently built and shipped at least one useful workflow, and translated an ambiguous business problem into a measurable outcome. What early success looks like During the first 90 days, you will build a strong understanding of Commercial priorities and workflows, develop a credible pipeline of use cases, and deliver practical quick wins. You will also establish the foundations for measuring adoption, productivity, and commercial impact as the portfolio develops. By day 90: two workflows live with real Commercial users, each with a named business owner, a measured before/after delta against a pre-build baseline, and sustained weekly active use. What you will do Partner with Commercial teams and Revenue Operations to identify workflow pain points and high-value automation and AI augmentation opportunities. Investigate problems, map current processes, establish an evidence-based baseline, and define clear use-case outcomes. Build, test, and rapidly iterate on prototypes using AI-assisted coding tools, automation, and low-code or no-code platforms. Take approved use cases from discovery through deployment, adoption, and impact measurement. Design pragmatic human-in-the-loop workflows, controls, and feedback mechanisms. Coordinate with relevant technical, data, security, and risk partners when a solution requires platform support or formal approval. Support the enablement of end users through clear documentation, demonstrations, training, and ongoing iteration. Maintain visibility of progress, dependencies, risks, adoption, and realised impact. What we are looking for Evidence of having built and shipped at least one useful workflow, automation, AI-powered tool, or prototype that real users used in practice. Evidence of rapidly learning a new domain or capability and independently delivering a measurable business outcome. Experience owning work from an ambiguous problem through to an implemented solution. Strong analytical and data literacy, including the ability to interpret data, establish baselines, and evaluate outcomes. Hands-on experience building useful workflows, automations, or prototypes using low-code or no-code platforms, automation tools, or AI-assisted coding tools. Structured problem-solving skills and the judgement to distinguish valuable use cases from attractive distractions.
