As a Customer Engineer , you'll sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and customers — ensuring successful adoption of the platform, resolving technical challenges, and translating real-world customer needs into meaningful product improvements. What You'll Do Provide hands-on technical guidance to help customers deploy, configure, and optimize the platform for their specific use cases. js, Python) alongside customers. Ability to help customers with prompting techniques and AI agent workflows. Prior experience in B2C SaaS, conversational AI, or voice automation products. Genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for AI/LLM-driven products.
