Your mission As JUNA's Working Student for People & Office Experience , you'll be the glue that keeps our Berlin office running smoothly and our team feeling supported — acting as the first point of contact for people experience topics while owning day-to-day office management. People Experience Reporting to our Head of Culture & Comms, you'll be the first line for people experience matters, such as: Answering everyday employee questions (office logistics, onboarding basics, general HR queries) and knowing when to escalate Supporting onboarding and offboarding logistics for new joiners and leavers Helping coordinate team events, celebrations, and culture initiatives Acting as a friendly, approachable point of contact so people know where to turn Marketing You'll also lend a hand in shaping how JUNA shows up, internally and externally: Supporting employer branding content — LinkedIn posts, career page updates, job ad drafts Capturing and sharing moments from team events and culture initiatives (photos, short recaps, social posts) Assisting with internal communications, such as newsletters and team updates Helping put together simple marketing materials for events or campaigns Office Management Supplies & Facilities Consumables ordering (REWE, kitchen, toilet paper) — incl. automation Pfand & waste management & other suppliers Handyman / maintenance coordination — must be on-site to supervise Office cleanliness standards Rent & landlord relationship Safety & Compliance BG Verkehr and administrative requirements — registration, contribution reporting, incident reporting Administrative audits — preparation, documentation, on-site coordination IT Equipment Order laptops for new hires (standard spec) Set up accounts, email, and software licenses for new hires (automate where we can) Manage software licenses for the tools we use Track hardware assets (serial numbers etc.) so we know what's out there What That Looks Like In the beginning: Ramp Up Quickly: Get familiar with JUNA's office setup, tools, and key contacts (landlord, suppliers, IT). Own the Basics: Independently handle recurring office management tasks (supplies, IT equipment ordering). Build Relationships: Become a known, trusted face for people experience questions across the team. Looking ahead: Reliable Owner: Run office operations with minimal oversight, flagging issues before they become problems. Process Improver: Identify opportunities to automate or streamline recurring admin tasks. Culture Contributor: Play an active role in shaping team events and people initiatives alongside the Head of Culture & Comms. Your profile What you bring: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, ideally in Business Administration, HR, Office Management, or a related field. Available to work on-site in Berlin (Kreuzberg) for at least 15–20 hours/week, as several tasks (maintenance coordination, audits, supplies) require physical presence. Professional fluency in English required. Who you are: Organized and detail-oriented — nothing falls through the cracks on your watch. Proactive and hands-on — you don't wait to be told, you notice what needs doing. Approachable and discreet — colleagues feel comfortable coming to you with people-related questions. Comfortable juggling admin, logistics, and people topics in the same day. ). German at B2 level or above (not a hard requirement, but helpful for supplier and landlord communication). Why us?
