About the role: Samsara is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to play a critical role in scaling systems, processes, and policies for our Mexico Sales organization. Please note that this is an individual contributor role and does not include direct people management responsibilities. Instead, you'll lead high-impact cross-functional initiatives while partnering closely with senior leaders across Samsara's go-to-market teams in Mexico—spanning Commercial, Mid-Market, and Enterprise Select—to design, build, and scale critical business capabilities for our world-class sales organization. The person in this role will have an outsized impact on the future of our Mexico Sales organization by helping us Build for the Long Term as we continue to expand our presence in the Mexico market. The ideal candidate has experience driving transformative initiatives that bring together people, process, and technology into elegant solutions for complex business challenges related to all aspects of the sales experience, and is fluent in both Spanish and English to effectively partner with local sales leadership and field teams. This is a remote position open to candidates residing in Mexico. Relocation assistance will not be provided for this role.
