JD - Senior Fullstack Engineer Senior Fullstack Engineer — Remote LATAM Senior Fullstack Engineer We're looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join Clara's Integrations team — the squad responsible for connecting Clara's financial platform to the ecosystem of ERPs, banks, payment processors, and enterprise systems that power our clients' operations across Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia. You'll design and build the integrations, pipelines, and APIs that keep Clara's financial data flowing reliably across dozens of third-party connections. Fullstack here is real — several of our most important upcoming initiatives require building internal tooling and client-facing interfaces from scratch, and you'll be expected to own those end to end. AI fluency is central to how we work on this team — you're expected to use it across the full development lifecycle, from design to deployment, and to reach for it whenever it makes you faster or better. In this role, you will: • Design, build, and maintain backend integrations with payment processors, ERP platforms, and financial infrastructure providers across Latin America • Architect scalable, secure, and observable services that handle sensitive financial data with the reliability our clients depend on • Build and own frontend interfaces when the initiative calls for it — internal tooling, integration dashboards, configuration UIs • Use AI tools to automate repetitive engineering workflows, accelerate delivery, and close skill gaps — from scaffolding integrations to generating and reviewing code • Set the technical bar through code reviews, architectural input, and hands-on mentorship of junior and mid-level engineers • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Data to translate complex integration requirements into reliable, maintainable solutions • Identify and tackle tech debt that creates operational risk or slows the team down Who you are We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role.
