This role sits within our Commercial department. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, detail-oriented and confident in collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams throughout the organisation. Within this role, you will be working with teams such as Sales, Legal, Risk, Onboarding and Finance. We are looking for someone who can build for scale - a strong interest in improving and streamlining processes, and a comfort with AI and its possibilities here is vital. The ideal candidate is a self-starter that is able to work autonomously and thrives in an entrepreneurial environment in which they can exceed expectations through personal drive. How you’ll make an impact Support and adapt the execution of new processes with a focus on pace and customer experience Provide proactive support and guidance to the sales team and our merchants to complete the onboarding process. com ’s policies. Respond to inbound requests from the Sales team regarding onboarding or reviewing existing clients’ profiles. Ensure processes which mean we have accurate and up-to-date documentation related to deal structures and contracts. Create and review customer agreements/contracts Build and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders, especially sales, Customer Onboarding, and Legal teams.
