Our Commodities & Energy Trading practice is growing and we are hiring Consultants and Senior Consultants (m/w/d) to join our team in Düsseldorf or Munich. The level offered will reflect your experience, expertise and demonstrated impact. We work with leading commodity and energy trading organisations, utilities, and large energy consumers, supporting them to navigate increasingly complex markets, manage flexibility in their portfolio and deliver large-scale transformation programmes. Our work spans strategy, operating model and process design, trading transformation, and technology delivery. This is your opportunity to combine deep industry exposure with hands-on client delivery, working directly with leading traders, utilities and renewable energy businesses as they transform their trading operations, integrate flexibility assets and adopt new technologies. What you will be doing You will work closely with clients on a range of transformation and advisory engagements, including • Trading systems transformation: Supporting trading landscape design, system selection, implementation, and optimisation for core trading platforms and applications. • Digital & trading transformation : Helping clients embed data strategies, analytics, and AI into trading operations and decision-making processes. • Flexibility services & integration: Supporting the development and integration of flexibility capabilities across assets, technology platforms and commercial operations to maximise value in energy markets.
