THE GROWTH TEAM We are looking for an outstanding Growth Lead to lead our Growth team. The Growth team is responsible for defining and executing advanced performance strategies to help mobile companies achieve their growth goals by continuously iterating and running A/B experiments on key campaign components such as audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, and more. The team works closely with Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Tech to improve campaign performance and advertiser outcomes. As Growth Lead, you will own the region’s performance strategy, prioritize accounts and opportunities, and connect business needs with Product priorities. You will combine hands-on campaign management with strategic leadership, guiding the team toward scalable and sustainable growth. You will lead and mentor a team of Growth Analysts while staying close to execution, ensuring best practices, strong analytical rigor, and high performance standards across campaigns. You will help the team troubleshoot complex performance and technical challenges, turning insights from daily operations into experiments, Product feedback, and scalable best practices. As part of the Product organization , you will bring a critical perspective on advertisers, campaign challenges, and growth opportunities. You will work closely with Sales and Customer Success to understand business needs, and partner with Product and Tech to translate those needs into clear priorities and actionable solutions. WHAT YOU’LL DO • Own Growth’s performance strategy for the region, setting regional priorities and action plans to improve campaign quality, advertiser results, and sustainable growth. • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Growth Analysts, helping them prioritize their work, strengthen their technical and analytical skills, and take ownership of results. • Stay close to campaign execution, managing strategic accounts when needed and guiding the team through optimization, experimentation, and complex troubleshooting. • Monitor regional and account performance, using SQL, BI tools, and campaign data to identify risks, investigate root causes, and make informed decisions. • Connect business needs with Product priorities. Bring insights from advertisers and campaigns to Product, help prioritize opportunities, and follow through on solutions with the team. • Act as the link between the region business needs and Product priorities.
