Today, it's an award-winning service, empowering over 1 million businesses across the UK. As Monzo expands across Europe, Business Banking is entering its next phase: adapting our products and proposition for small businesses in new markets, while continuing our mission to make money work for businesses. The Role We’re looking for several Senior PMMs to own Product Marketing for entire products and experiences. A useful distinction - at Monzo, Product Marketing starts upstream in product-market fit. We're embedded in squads with Product Managers, Data Scientists, Designers, User Researchers, and Sales, bringing the voice of the customer and market into what we build, how we position it, and how we take it to market. We own customer and market understanding, positioning, proposition, launch strategy, and sales enablement. We then partner closely with Integrated Marketing, who lead campaign strategy, creative direction, channel execution, and growth. Together, we build the right products and help them succeed in market. This is a senior individual contributor role. You'll own Product Marketing for a product end-to-end: understanding customers, shaping product strategy, defining positioning, and helping bring launches to market.
