Über die Rolle: Als Senior TGA Ingenieur mit dem Schwerpunkt Elektrotechnik, bist du Teil unseres interdisziplinären, projektspezifischen Planungsteams bei GROPYUS. Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle zwischen Projektplanung und Bausystem und bringst deine elektrotechnische Expertise aktiv in unsere Wohnbauprojekte ein. Du begleitest die Planung unserer mehrgeschossigen Wohngebäude über mehrere Leistungsphasen hinweg – als Koordinator, Berater und fachlicher Ansprechpartner für Elektrotechnik. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Architekt:innen im Team berätst du bereits in frühen Leistungsphasen zu technischen Lösungen, koordinierst elektrotechnische Planungsthemen im Projekt und stellst die Qualität der Planung sicher. Gleichzeitig vermittelst du technische Zusammenhänge verständlich – sowohl im interdisziplinären Planungsteam als auch in Abstimmungen mit Bauherr:innen und externen Projektbeteiligten. Die Rolle verbindet technische Planung, Koordination und Kommunikation und bietet damit ein vielseitiges und abwechslungsreiches Aufgabenspektrum. Deine Aufgaben: • Koordination und Projektsteuerung der Technischen Gebäudeausrüstung im Bereich Elektrotechnik (im Rahmen eines fertig entwickelten Bausystems) • 3D-Planung von ELT-Leistungssystemen in Revit • Planung der elektrotechnischen Gewerke KG 440 und KG 450 nach DIN 276 in den Leistungsphasen LP1 bis LP7 nach HOAI • Eigenständige Qualitätskontrolle und Plausibilisierung technischer Subunternehmer <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="1" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":720,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],"469
