See yourself at Twilio Join the team as Twilio’s next Principal Presales Engineer, Product Specialist. About the job This position is needed to partner closely with sales, solutions engineering, and enterprise strategists to consult on complex, multi-product opportunities. You will scope, design, and validate how complex multi-product solutions fit into the client’s ecosystem and help paint the long-term Twilio vision for our customers. You will be a critical partner cross-functionally, working with product, engineering, and marketing to identify and share technology patterns and shifts from our clients (and prospects) to influence product strategy. Responsibilities In this role, you’ll: • Develop your expertise of the Twilio platform, use cases and buyer personas, while keeping up with industry trends in Voice + AI • Scope, design, and build multi-product solution architecture and compelling presentations to secure the Technical Win • Support core sales and solutions engineering team members on value-selling strategies and complex solution sales • Design and validate scalable, secure, multi-product messaging architectures aligned to customer ecosystems and long-term Twilio adoption. • Partner with Sales, Solutions Engineers, and Enterprise Strategists to drive technical validation and secure the technical win in complex sales cycles. • Document recent patterns and technology shifts with our clients and prospects to influence Product and R&D strategy and roadmap via GTM interlock and PDLC processes Qualifications Twilio values diverse experiences from all kinds of industries, and we encourage everyone who meets the required qualifications to apply.
