We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead and grow the engineers within our team. This inkividual will balance people management, delivery leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure our team delivers high-impact projects that support Teachable’s business goals. This contract is CLT and paid in $BRL. g hiring, career development, policies, budgets, etc; Engage in sponsorship of Engineering-wide guilds, projects, and activities; Collaborate and communicate with other pods and functions (Product Management, Product Design, Marketing) on cross-team and cross-functional initiatives; Lead successful development and delivery of pod projects and operations; Partner with engineering leadership to help determine Engineering-wide department strategy, tackle department-wide inefficiencies; Work on remote, distributed teams; Upholds Teachable values, including building and growing as part of a diverse team.
