About BoWatt BoWatt is building agentic requirements and system engineering software for manufacturing . We believe AI will reach PhD-level engineering capability within the next 10 years . We bootstrapped BoWatt to €500k+ ARR before raising our first round. BoWatt is backed by tier-1 investors , including Atlantic Foodlabs, Buildery (CDTM affiliates), and Prequel Ventures, along with angels from Cohere and Luminovo. You’ll join a small, exceptional team of startup builders, driven by innovation and execution. Over half the team are former founders across DeepTech AI, psychedelics, and gaming. We’ve studied and worked at top institutions and companies like Stanford, TUM, Google, EA , and YC -backed AI startups. The role You will be our first dedicated Brand & Product Marketing hire. Your job is to make BoWatt the company industrial leaders think of when they think about AI and engineering. You will work directly with the founders and across Sales, Product, and Customer Success. You will own how BoWatt looks, sounds, and tells its story. Build the BoWatt brand. Own our visual and written identity across our website, sales materials, social media, events, and other customer touchpoints. Own our content. Build a consistent content engine across LinkedIn, articles, videos, customer stories, and other formats that grow awareness and generate inbound demand. Tell our customers' stories. Turn customer results into compelling case studies, testimonials, videos, and sales materials. Lead product marketing. Translate complex product capabilities into clear customer value through product launches, feature announcements, one-pagers, demo narratives, and competitive positioning. Support sales. Create decks, battlecards, customer references, and industry-specific materials that help our GTM team win. Build our industry presence. Make BoWatt stand out at trade fairs, conferences, webinars, and other events where our customers spend their time. Experiment and scale. Use AI and modern marketing tools to produce better content faster and double down on what works. Requirements 2+ years of experience in brand, product marketing, content, or a related role at a startup, scaleup, technology company, or strong agency Evidence of owning projects end-to-end, such as a website, rebrand, product launch, content strategy, or customer campaign Strong writing skills and visual judgment Experience with complex B2B, SaaS, industrial technology, manufacturing, or AI is a bonus 4 days per week in the office in Munich (Meta Office, Balanstraße) Fluent German required; English is our internal working language What we offer Competitive salary based on experience Meaningful ownership over BoWatt's brand and how we present ourselves to the market Direct collaboration with the founders and our GTM and Product teams 25 vacation days/per yr + public holidays Company retreats WellPass membership Interview process 30min Screening call 1.5hr Brand & Product Marketing case interview 1hr Culture fit interview Offer and reference checks We aim to complete the interview process within 14 days.
