In this role, you will help ensure our products are released to customers with high quality while improving the developer experience for engineers across Elastic. You’ll thrive here if you think systematically, enjoy solving complex problems, and are motivated by building tools, frameworks, and processes that help teams develop, ship, and operate software effectively at scale. What You Will Be Doing : As part of the Engineering Productivity organization, you will contribute to initiatives that improve the end-to-end software development lifecycle. The team serves as an enabling function, providing reusable components, frameworks, and guidance that product teams can adopt and operate independently.
