The IFA and wealth manager channel is one of the most significant growth opportunities in front of the business with over 1,400 registered IFA firms on the platform, strong existing relationships to deepen, and a large addressable market of independent advisers who have yet to engage with us at all. The ARM role combines proactive business development with ongoing relationship management. You will be identifying and engaging IFA firms in Scotland and Northern Ireland, introducing the Flagstone proposition, training advisers on how to use the platform, and building the trusted, consistent relationships that turn a registered firm into an active referral partner.
