As a Senior Software Engineer for our mobile app backend at idealo, you will drive the further development of our award-winning e-commerce apps. We take full responsibility for the operation, technical implementation, and direction of our services—and we’re looking for strong support to keep growing. About your new role End-to-End Ownership You develop and operate business and web services in the AWS Cloud. Together with your team, you are responsible for the entire lifecycle of your services (YBYO): architecture, infrastructure, development, testing, security, deployment, monitoring, on-call, and maintenance. You design and develop APIs (REST/GraphQL) for our mobile apps (Android & iOS). , peak events). , microservices). , using Terraform and Kubernetes). You ensure high software quality through testing, code reviews, and monitoring. You identify technical debt and drive its reduction. , CI/CD, automation, AI tools).
