Your profile: 🔎 A bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, business administration, business law, psychology, or a comparable qualification Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or in a comparable strategic HR role in an international environment Extensive experience in leading and implementing global HR projects and transformation initiatives A strong understanding of international HR processes as well as collaboration with diverse cultures and stakeholders Experience advising Leadership and collaborating with regional HR teams and corporate functions Strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as a structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work High level of communication, consulting, and project management skills, as well as the ability to successfully manage change Excellent written and spoken German and English skills If you value a dynamic, growing, and intercultural environment and enjoy hands-on work, then become part of the SGB-SMIT Group - transform with us the future of energy . ⚡ We look forward to receiving your application!
