As our business and client base continues to develop further, we have a number of enviable AV projects in the pipeline for this year, and we are looking to recruit a proven AV-specific Project Manager to join our highly collaborative and talented PMO team to lead the successful delivery of all commercial facets of Audio-Visual projects. e. O & M manuals, Record Information Packs, etc.) are prepared and contract close-out occurs in a timely manner Forecasting invoicing and work effort throughout portfolio Travelling to project/customer sites will be required in this position, as projects demand Skills and experience: Extensive experience delivering main contractor-lead projects Proven technical knowledge of Project Managing specifically in the AV-integration industry is essential Ability to interface well with clients and co-workers and to lead subordinate staff effectively Confident presenter & chair of meetings – leading coordination of AV activities throughout the project life-cycle Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, at varying levels of value and complexity Well organised, with attention to detail and meticulous planning skills Procore & ServiceNow experience desired but not essential (Training Given) Able to create and manage schedules, reports, financial forecasting and budgets Prince2/PMP qualification or equivalent desirable.
