Nice to have Familiarity with learning platforms (SCORM/LMS) and content ops: versioning, QA, release notes, analytics. Hands-on experience with enterprise deployments (security, IAM, networking, observability), plus the ability to build and maintain reference code (SDKs, templates, CI/CD).
