Job Summary We're looking for a Senior Production Designer supporting a creative team, responsible for producing high-quality marketing assets while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and incorporating AI tools into creative workflows to improve efficiency and experimentation. Responsibilities Produce high-quality marketing and production design assets; Collaborate with designers, strategists, writers, and producers; Work within existing design systems and brand guidelines; Leverage AI tools (Claude and others) to streamline creative workflows; Prepare production-ready deliverables with exceptional attention to detail; Participate in creative reviews and iterations. Qualifications and Job Requirements Senior Production Design experience; Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop); Advanced Figma; Experience using Claude and AI tools in professional workflows. Nice to have Adobe Illustrator After Effects; Motion graphics knowledge; Experience in agency environments; Experience with AI experimentation in creative environments.
