About the Role: As a Finance Intern on Gusto’s Finance, BizOps & Strategy (FBOS) team, you’ll spend 12 weeks working on real projects that shape how we run the business. You’ll support leaders in Customer Experience, EPD, and Corporate Development, helping turn financial data into decisions about margin, cost to serve, and resourcing. Day to day, that means building financial reports, analyzing costs to find savings, and partnering with teams across Gusto on projects that move the team’s roadmap forward. Along the way, you’ll use AI tools and automation to work faster and go deeper than a traditional finance internship allows. You’ll be paired with a dedicated mentor and a team manager who will support you from onboarding through your final presentation. By the end of the summer, you’ll have seen firsthand how finance works as a true partner to the business. As a Finance Intern, you'll see firsthand how finance works as a true partner to the business rather than a back office function.
