The Position Our roster has an opening with your name on it As a Lead Product Designer at FanDuel, you are a trusted design leader responsible for raising design quality and driving meaningful customer impact across multiple teams or product areas. You combine exceptional craft, strategic thinking, systems design, customer insight, and cross-functional leadership to solve complex customer and business problems. While remaining hands-on, your impact extends to elevating the work of others - you improve ways of working, influence product direction, strengthen design systems and practices, and help teams consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences. You are expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy, navigate ambiguity confidently, build alignment across disciplines, and consistently elevate the quality of both products and the design organization.
