About the Role Veeam is evolving beyond data protection into a broader platform spanning data security, identity, and AI trust . We are looking for a Manager, AEO/SEO to help lead the strategy, execution, and team responsible for organic discovery across traditional search, AI answer engines, and generative search experiences. This person will play a key role in shaping how Veeam shows up across Google, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, Claude, and other emerging discovery platforms. The role requires a leader who can combine enterprise SEO maturity, AI search strategy, technical depth, analytical rigor, and team leadership This is a strategic and hands-on role. The right person will be able to translate strategy into clear execution plans, guide team priorities, partner closely with agency resources, support KPI development, and drive work across web, content, product marketing, comms, campaigns, analytics, and technical teams. The goal is to make Veeam more discoverable, more authoritative, more citable, and more recommended across the places where enterprise buyers now search, compare, and make decisions.
