Und wir suchen nach einem Motion Designer für Social Ads - Freelance (m/w/d), der unser Team unterstützt. Aufgaben Deine Aufgaben: Du entwickelst und animierst Motion Designs für Meta Ad Creatives (VSLs und Erklärvideos). Du übersetzt Skripte und komplexe Inhalte in verständliche, visuell starke Animationen und Grafiken. Du bist in der Lage, dich an Skripte, Storyboards und bestehende Brand Guidelines zu halten und gleichzeitig eigene kreative Ideen einzubringen. Gemeinsam mit unserem Creative Team entwickelst du neue visuelle Ansätze und Animationsstile für unsere Kunden. Qualifikation Deine Qualifikationen: Gute bis sehr gute Fähigkeiten in Motion Design und Animation mit After Effects. Sehr gutes Gespür für Typografie, Layout, Timing und visuelles Storytelling. Erfahrung mit den Programmen der Adobe Creative Cloud, insbesondere After Effects, Illustrator und Photoshop. Du kannst aus einem Skript selbstständig ableiten, welche Visualisierungen und Animationen eine Aussage am besten unterstützen. Du hast idealerweise bereits Erfahrung mit Performance Marketing, Social Ads, VSLs oder Erklärvideos. Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und kannst dich schnell in unterschiedliche Brands und Designwelten einarbeiten. Du bist flexibel, bringst eigene Ideen ein und entwickelst dich fachlich und kreativ ständig weiter. Du verstehst, dass bei Performance Creatives nicht nur die Optik zählt, sondern Animationen dabei helfen müssen, Aufmerksamkeit zu erzeugen und Inhalte schnell verständlich zu machen.
