Key Attributes As a Senior Consultant, you’ll be an accomplished and effective member of the Teneo Consulting team, supporting Managers, Directors and Managing Directors in the delivery of client engagements, while leading smaller projects and discrete workstreams within larger, more complex cases. Key Responsibilities • Provide high-quality case delivery support and workstream leadership across the four competency areas: Research, Analysis and Insight, Technical Skills, Case Delivery • Demonstrate strong consulting skills, judgement and knowledge across all competency areas • Lead discrete workstreams and manage smaller cases with support from Managers, Directors or Managing Directors • Manage multiple workstreams, planning the coordinating team activities while translating project leadership requirements into deliverables, with support available from managers and the wider project team where is required as well as through coaching and mentoring channels • Develops recommendations from initial hypothesis through refinement and validation • Manage workstream team
