About the team Global merchants need better payment performance, resilience and control across providers, markets and payment methods - without building and maintaining the infrastructure themselves. com ’s next-generation orchestration product: a modular control layer that connects, routes, retries, vaults and reconciles payments across providers through a single integration. This is a high-impact, zero-to-one role. You will turn a complex payments problem into a product merchants trust with revenue-critical transactions and financial operations. What you’ll own Set product strategy for a core part of orchestration, from merchant problem to measurable commercial impact. Work directly with enterprise merchants to understand their payment stack and highest-value problems, then turn those insights into a focused roadmap. Design reliable experiences across provider connectivity, routing, retries and fallbacks, token portability, reporting and reconciliation. Build the foundations: consistent APIs and data models, provider abstraction, observability, auditability and safe change management. Lead delivery with engineering, design, commercial, operations, risk, compliance and finance. Shape the path from pilot to enterprise adoption, including migration, controlled rollout, rollback and customer co-creation. Protect merchant trust by making routing decisions explainable, configurable and provider-neutral. What success looks like In your first 12-18 months, you will have: Shipped a focused orchestration capability used in production by enterprise merchants. Built a repeatable discovery and co-creation model with strategic customers. Improved payment outcomes such as approval performance, recovered transactions, latency, cost or provider resilience. Reduced integration and operational effort for merchants and internal teams. What we are looking for You understand payments end-to-end - including PSPs, acquirers, credentials, webhooks, settlement, refunds, disputes and reconciliation. You have built or scaled API-first, platform or infrastructure products where reliability and operational excellence matter. You are comfortable with data such as approval performance, recovered payments, latency, provider health, cost and reconciliation accuracy. You are a systems thinker who can simplify complexity without hiding the important detail. You can move from merchant discovery to product strategy, technical trade-offs and executive communication. You know how to sequence a modular product around the highest-value use cases, take ownership in ambiguity and follow through. Nice to have experience Direct orchestration experience is valuable, but not essential. Deep experience in payments, financial infrastructure, developer platforms or other reliability-critical B2B systems is equally relevant.
